As an account executive, the position will be responsible for a variety of clerical/admin/support and organisational tasks necessary to keep the department and/or business running in an efficient, professional and organised manner. The position requires optimal organization skills and timeous delivery of assigned tasks as instructed. The position will be required to support the Client Services team and attend to all day-to-day functions as instructed by the client service manager/s. The position will ensure all communication channels and expectations between CSM, Internal teams and clients are managed at the required standards.
Key objective/s
Execute and manage all day-to-day tasks as communicated accurately, with the required professionalism, and within stipulated deadlines.
Briefing internal teams / managing deadlines and deliverables.
Responding to Client queries and directing with CSM.
Managing diaries and client requests.
Co-ordinate events as and when required.
Assisting with CEs, Chase, Recons, and budgets
Day to day Admin within portfolios as assigned.
Draft proposal/ SLAs, check to cost and ensure compliance with internal teams and client
Support function in-office to CSM.
Key results
Performance will only be satisfactory when:
Tasks are completed with accuracy and within assigned deadlines as communicated by client services managers.
Communication queries are timeous especially when CSM is off-site and on-leave- required to facilitate all requirements internally and with clients as and when required.
Support and manage all information provided by all key stakeholders and ensure Client Services Managers are made aware.
Timesheets are completed within deadlines.
Complete any other reasonable task as directed by the business and/or by the Client Services Manager/s from time to time at the required standard.
Ideal background
Education:
Diploma in administration and/or project management and/or related. Knowledgeable in Digital components and requirements thereof.
Languages:
Business English
Experience:
Preferred +/- two years’ experience within an admin-focused role, preferably with a Digital Marketing and/or similar background.
